We base this priority not because we have to, but because we want to provide our employees, subcontractors, owners and others with the safest workplace possible. We do this by making safety an integral part of our construction philosophy. This is accomplished by having an established safety policy/program, which is monitored and updated by our Safety Director and the company as a whole. 

As an ISO 9001-2000 Certified company, Garcia Construction Group, Inc. firmly believes that a focus on quality assurance improves safety, resulting in a time and materials savings, which provides for a superior work product and client satisfaction.

Our Safety program states: “It is the practice of Garcia Construction Group, Inc. and its employees to maintain a safe workplace. All employees must know their role in keeping the workplace safe and shall follow the safety rules that are established by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA), the Federal, State and Local Government, and Garcia Construction Group, Inc.”

It is the responsibility of all Garcia Construction Group, Inc. employees to promote safety first and to enforce the company safety programs on all locations occupied by Garcia Construction Group, Inc.  Additionally, all subcontractors are required by contract to participate in and abide by the Garcia Construction Group, Inc. safety procedures to ensure compliance with safety and health standards.
