BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE & EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Position is responsible for administrative support to the President /CEO. Promote the business development activities with existing and new clients in adherence with company’s marketing plan. Assist with marketing materials, brochures, and trades shows.
Summary of Functions:
Complete, renew, and maintain MBE and DBE certifications for the Corporation.
Assist Human Resources with various H.R. administrative tasks when requested.
Summary of Requirements:
A minimum of an Associate Degree in Business Management or at least five (5) years of administrative and/or marketing related fields.
Ability to maintain and prepare agendas, send out meeting notices, transcribe meeting notes, and follow-up on action items
