Project delivery by Construction Management falls into two broad, flexible categories. This method allows Garcia Construction to customize services tailored to your specific needs.
As a fee-based professional provider, we are responsible exclusively to you, the Owner, and act in your interest at every stage of the project. As your Construction Manager, we offer advice, uncolored by any conflicting interest, on matters such as: best use of available funds; control over the scope of work; optimum use of design and construction firms’ skills and talents; and avoidance of delays, changes and disputes. Comprehensive management of every stage of the project, beginning with the original concept and project definition, yields the greatest possible benefit to you.
As your Construction Manager At Risk, we typically commit to delivering your project within a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). By operating under this delivery method, we act as a consultant to you during the development and design phases (known as Preconstruction Services). During the actual Construction phase, we operate as the equivalent of a General Contractor. |
